JOB PROFILE: We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support our international expansion plans by identifying and recruiting the right talents for us. You will be responsible for hiring plan development in close cooperation with business stakeholders and end to end execution from job profile development, sourcing, assessment interviews, shortlisting candidates until closing. Needless to add, that big part of your job is managing expectations of hiring managers and candidates) Flexible locations. Direct reporting line to CHRO. Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process Develop search strategy and key criteria for every hiring need Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals (direct search/headhunting) Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard Own full assessment process: from interviewing candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings) until applying test and business case simulations Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates Own negotiation process, prepare offers and close deals Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media) Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates Track recruitment KPIs
Requirements:
Min 3 years experience in headhunting/direct search based recruitment either in-house or in recruitment agency Preferably Technology or Financial Services background Excellent capabilities to navigate expectations and provide guidance for internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers) Fluent English (spoken and written), Russian as benefit You’re proactive, have a positive personality, don’t go into panic in unusual or stressful situations You can be both independent and team player when necessary You have the attitude: “find solutions, not the problems”
